I grew up on a dairy farm in the Northeast, where I learned the value of hard work, clear communication, and practical problem-solving. That foundation shaped my 15-year career in financial services, where I led teams, coached leaders, facilitated leadership team alignment, and designed enterprise-level talent and leadership strategies.
