Growth Coaching
6-month engagement
A six-month coaching partnership that supports leaders as responsibilities expand, expectations increase, and decisions carry more weight. This engagement provides space to think clearly, strengthen leadership judgment, and lead others more intentionally over time.
Includes:
Two coaching sessions per month
Email or text support between sessions
Optional alignment conversations with your leader or HR sponsor

Leadership Excellence Coaching
12-month engagement
A year-long coaching partnership designed to support leaders navigating sustained responsibility, complex roles, and evolving organizational demands. This engagement allows for deeper work on leadership approach, decision-making, and how you lead over time.
Includes:
Two coaching sessions per month, with the option to shift to monthly sessions as goals evolve
Quarterly alignment calls (for sponsored engagements)
Strengths-based tools and customized leadership practices
Consistent support between sessions
