I’ve spent my career on both sides of the leadership equation: as a corporate leader who benefited from development during pivotal transitions, and now as a partner who helps others lead well through theirs.
A Foundation in Practice With over 15 years in financial services, I understand the real challenges leaders face—from delivering results under pressure to guiding teams through change. As a loan officer, team leader, and eventually VP of talent management, I learned firsthand how leadership impacts outcomes at every level.
I’ve hired, developed, promoted, and supported leaders across functions. I know the difference it makes when leadership development is intentional—and the cost when it isn’t.
Why I Built This Business After years of working with external consultants, I recognized a unique value I could bring: the perspective of someone who’s led from within. I’ve navigated the very tensions my clients face—balancing competing priorities, managing in multiple directions, and growing teams during uncertainty. That perspective allows me to meet leaders where they are while helping them move forward with purpose.
